All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@euyaulo.com.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Standard shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
- Expedited Shipping (if available): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday volumes. In rare cases, delivery may extend beyond the estimated window. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We ship worldwide. While our operations are focused on providing an excellent experience for U.S. customers, we proudly serve creators and rebels globally.

- Estimated delivery times for international orders vary by location, typically ranging from 10-21 business days after shipment, depending on customs processing.
π° Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid at checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
β οΈ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages: EUYAULO is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure. If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors, family members, or building management.
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an inquiry.
- Filing a claim with the carrier if the package is confirmed lost.
Delayed Packages: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional carrier delays are outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at contact@euyaulo.com, and we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.
Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to address error; we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
