Refund policy

Overview

At EUYAULO, most of our products are made-to-order, including custom apparel and headwear. Each item is produced specifically based on your selected design, text, or uploaded artwork.

Because of the personalized nature of these products, our return policy is outlined below.

Custom Products (Non-Returnable Items)

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged if there are no quality-related issues.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
Custom headwear (caps, hats, etc.)
Personalized text or logo products
Rhinestone, embroidery, or printed custom designs

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by customer
Incorrect design submitted by customer
Personal preference after receiving the item
Order cancellation after production has started

Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer replacements or refunds in cases where the item is:

Defective or damaged upon arrival
Incorrect due to our production error
Misprinted or significantly different from the approved design

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number
Clear photos of the issue
Description of the problem

We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

Size Issues

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing an order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, as each item is made specifically to order.

Non-Custom (Ready-to-Wear) Items

For non-custom or ready-to-wear products (if applicable in the future), returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
