Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
📅 Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Any requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed — No signs of wear, odor, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair.
- In original, resalable condition with all hang tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
- Free of any alterations, damage caused by the customer, or signs of washing/drying.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense. No refund will be issued.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items featuring specialty finishes, including but not limited to: Puff Print, Glitter Vinyl, Electroplated (Metallic) Vinyl, and Rhinestone embellishments — due to the delicate and unique nature of these processes.
- All hats and headwear — for hygiene reasons.
📋 Return Process
Do not ship any items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their cost.

Email us at contact@euyaulo.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and any additional instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) only.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, a flat-rate shipping fee of $[Amount] may be deducted from your refund to cover our outbound shipping cost.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to get a different size, color, or style is to return the unwanted item(s) following the policy above and place a new order for the desired item(s).
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously. Every item is inspected before shipping. However, if you believe you have received an item that is manufacturing defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please follow the procedure below.
Please note the following limitations:
- Color Variation: Actual product colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting during photography. Slight color variations do not qualify as a defect or grounds for a damage claim.
- Handcrafted Nature: Due to the hand-applied nature of our vinyl, puff print, and rhinestone processes, slight variations in placement or texture are normal and part of the unique character of the garment. These are not considered defects.
- Inspection Period: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date indicated by tracking. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
- Evidence Required: You must include clear, well-lit photos showing the entire item and a close-up of the alleged issue, as well as a photo of the packaging if damage occurred in transit.
To submit a claim, email us at contact@euyaulo.com with your order number and the required photos. Our team will review the evidence and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or store credit. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the criteria above or that show signs of wear or customer misuse.
